Ebay Preview

The Finalize Listing Tab is also your preview tab. You will be switching form Listing Editor to this tab to see how your listing is progressing.

You may enable/disable the eBay preview. This will show you your listing contents inserted into an ebay mockup page as a preview to see how it will look to your buyers. Turning eBay preview off will produce the listing preview quicker.
