Are there really no monthly fees?

Yes, There are NO Re-occurring Monthly fees with Listing Factory activation license or the image hosting plans.  Really, there are no re-occurring monthly fees.  (For Example: If you buy the GOLD hosting option you pay $99.95 which covers your software activation license + 2 years of hosting fees for 500MB of image hosting space.  Same yearly price as the Silver option at $49.95 per year with just more hosting space and free software upgrades forever.  Best dollar per value.)

Do I get free software upgrades to Listing Factory?

Yes, our standard plan comes with 1 year of free software upgrades.  Our Silver plan comes with 2 years of free software upgrades and our Gold and Platinum plans have free upgrades forever.

Can I upgrade my hosting plan later?

Absolutely, you may upgrade your image hosting plan anytime with no additional setup or upgrade fees.  Simply pay the difference in price of your current plan and the new plan you wish to upgrade to and we will process your request within 24hours.  Since each account varies, please click here to contact us for account upgrade requests.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 30-Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. What does this mean? Well, if Listing Factory 2008 does not meet your expectations for any reasons, simply request a refund. No Questions Asked!

What if I purchased more than 1 year plan?  How do you refund?

Image Hosting plans are paid for upfront, however refunds are pro-rated yearly (minus the software activation license fee of $34.95).

How can I get ride of the Trial Watermark?

Fully activated license of Listing Factory 2008 does not contain any trial use watermarks on the listing. Simply purchase an activation license from our purchase page to remove the trial notice.

Can I use Listing Factory on more than one computer?

Each Activation License purchase grants a single user the legal right to activate Listing Factory on up to two computer. (e.g. Home PC & Office PC or Laptop)

Does Listing Factory work with all eBay Sites?

Yes, Listing Factory works with all eBay sites, US and International.

Can Listing Factory post my listings on eBay's Servers Directly?

Yes, Listing Factory will post your listing to eBay's servers directly from within the software supporting most listing features so you don't need to login to the eBay's website to post your auctions.   You may also manually paste the HTML code into eBay or other auction sites as well.

Does Listing Factory work with other Auction Sites?

Yes, Listing Factory works any auction site that accepts HTML code for input of item descriptions.  Most do.  (e.g. CraigsList.com, Gunborker.com, Amazon, Yahoo Auctions, etc.)

How long may I try Listing Factory 2008 for?

You may use Listing Factory 2008 for a trial period of 30 Days.

What happens after 30 Days of trial?

After your 30 day period the software expires and will require a purchased activation license.  If you need more time to try Listing Factory before you make your purchase decision, you may request an additional 15Day trail extension license from within the software.

Does a purchased software activation license ever expire?

Never, once you purchase your software activation license there is no expiration. You may use the software forever. The only expiration is the access to the hosting account based on the plan of your choice.

Are there any limitations built into the free trial?

The trial version has no feature limitations.  However the produced listing has a trial notice on the bottom of the listing which can be removed with a purchased activation license.  The only limitation is that the software will expire in 30 Days without a valid full activation license.

Where can I download the software from?

Listing Factory 2008 for Windows Vista/XP/2000 is available on our download page. Click on the download button and save the Listing Factory Setup file to your hard drive.

How do I install Listing Factory 2008?

To install the software, simply double click on the downloaded file.  An installation wizard will appear. Follow the step by step wizard instructions to install Listing Factory 2008.  Depending on your system configurations, the Microsoft .Net 2.0 Framework may be required.  It will be automatically downloaded for you and prompt you for permission to install if needed.

Can I Un-install the Listing Factory 2008?

Of course, Listing Factory comes with complete un-installation capabilities.  However if you have created any projects they will not be removed.  They will still reside in your "My Documents" folder in case you need to install Listing Factory again later.

How Do I Upgrade The Software?

Simply click on the little Help question mark icon on the top right corner of the application and click on Check for Updates. If there are any new versions available for your you will be prompted to upgrade automatically.

Does Listing Factory 2008 run on other operating systems?

No, Listing Factory 2008 currently only runs on Windows Vista/XP/2000.  No Mac version available.

Image Hosting FAQ

What Is Image Hosting?

Image Hosting is required to put your auctions photos on the web for your buyers to see.  Listing Factory will automate the process of uploading the images from your hard drive to our webserver with just a few clicks.

How big can my auction images be?

Your auctions image can be as large as 1600x1600 resolution.  Although that is not recommended for most use since not many people have their monitors set high enough to view images that large.  Recommended Option is 950 pixels.

You are no longer stuck with the 400x400 tiny images that Ebay allows.  Preset your items to your buyers with larger and clearer pictures using Listing Factory.  And all this with at no extra per-image fees.

Should I resize my images before using them in Listing Factory?

You don't have to.  Simply take your photos with your digital camera and load them into Listing Factory.  Listing Factory will automatically create thumbnails of your images as well as larger versions that will be shown to your buyers then they click on the smaller thumbnail images of the item.  You may also adjust the image brightness, contrast, mid-tones, flip vertically and horizontally as well as rotate your images to get the best looking images possible right within the software itself.  No need to learn other image editing software.

Are there any per-image fees that Ebay charges?

Never, Listing Factory is designed to take advantage of our webhosting servers or yours if you have one.  This simply means you are no longer relying on Ebay to host your images, therefore there are no per-image fees.  (eBay charges 15 cents per uploaded image, if you upload more than one.)

And no,  we will never have per-image hosting fees either.

Do I need any technical knowledge to setup Listing Factory with your hosting servers?

Absolutely not,  Listing Factory will take care of everything for you.  Simply Install the Software, activate with purchased activation license and you are ready to upload your first listing.  Your hosting account details are embedded in the activation license so there is nothing to setup on your end.  Our 30-Day Trial version includes the server details to our trial account so you can try the automated upload feature during the trial period without having to sign up for any accounts.  Try It Today!

How much Image Hosting space do I need?

You can upload about 400+ quality images for every 100MB of hosting space.  You can insert an unlimited number of images into each listing using Listing Factory 2008 so you usage may very.  For example you can use 10 images of your item per listing and be able to list 40 listings simultaneously using only 100MB of space or for example you may use only 4 images per listing and be able to upload 100 listings simultaneously. (4images per listing x 100listings = 400images in 100MB of space)

Do you remove any of my uploaded images from your server?

No, you have 100% control over your content.  We don't remove any of your uploaded images.  To free up space on your account  you may delete your previously uploaded listings if you no longer need them.

Can I remove listings that have sold to free up space?

Yes, Listing Factory gives you direct control of your account, you can delete your previously uploaded listings that have sold to free up your account space if you no longer need them. 

Can I use my own webserver with Listing Factory?

Yes, If you have the technical knowledge to run your own webserver you may create an additional FTP User through your webhosts control panel and input your FTP Account details in Listing Factory to upload your images to your server instead of ours.  Please do not use FTP Accounts that have Root access to your server.

What Do I Need? FAQ


Do I need HTML or Technical Knowledge?

Nope, Listing Factory is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) software.  Simply pick an auction template, add your auction images, type in your policy details and description anywhere on the page and you're good to go.  Simply click on the Finalize Listing button and everything will be automatically uploaded from your hard drive to our webserver and the final HTML Code will be prepared automatically to be posted on Ebay.  What used to take 30 to 40 minutes to create and prepare will now take less than 5 minutes.

Anything Else?

Nope, all you need is your activation license and you will be posting your auctions on Ebay in minutes.
